Under his leadership as President/COO, that business more than tripled its number of employees, acquired and fully transitioned six other companies in a four-year period and experienced double-digit profitability growth every year. He and the company were recognized as the #1 Small Business to Work for in Oklahoma by OKC Biz, received the Beacon Award for Charitable Influence from the Journal Record and was awarded the coveted Business Leadership Award in 2015 from Leadership Oklahoma.

Trey Whitley

Trey has spent his career seeking exposure within diverse industries at varying sized companies. His experience has allowed an eclectic knowledge of business cycles, best practices, vernacular, supply chain, cashflow cadence, operational SOP’s, strategy, and many more. This journey began not as part of any master plan, but a result of aggressively pursuing a path of curious challenges.

Trey has always had an active mind, attention to detail, gift of visualization, need for ingesting new large amounts of information, efficiency, streamlining, and being physically active. From the moment of declaring a Physical Education / Athletic Training dual B.S. major, Trey has always been cerebrally inquisitive while in pursuit of helping others. While obtaining his M.B.A. he was elected “Graduate Level Business Student of the Year” by faculty/students, also blessed to have been named “OERB Petro Pro of the Year” (volunteer teaching K-12 students Oil & Gas curriculum) by leadership/cohorts.

He is most proud today of being the best husband for wife Tracey, while “daddy” to daughter Teagan Ann. Volunteering for a local middle school soccer team in the spring, hiking the Grand Canyon rim-2-rim, teaching our golden-doodles Oliver & Twist tricks, helping neighbors with landscaping projects, and so much more is the source of his WHY.
